Description

Known for its laxative virtues, plum is a powerful anti-aging factor, because it delays aging, thanks to its vitamin E content.

In addition to its richness in vitamin E and fiber, we must add the source of carotenes, flavonoids, potassium and phosphorus; helps control cholesterol.

The red plum is very sweet, which helps preserve all its aroma in the jam.
