We have 2 models of jars for our exquisite jams. Our hexagonal model is included in standard orders, while the Orce model (with an increase of €0.75/unit must be requested through our contact section, indicating the required quantity.

Since the order is less than 50 jars, you will also have to pay the shipping costs, which are €12.60.
If the order is equal to or greater than 50 jars, shipping costs are completely free. Otherwise you would have to pay €12.60.
There is also an exception, when dealing with incomplete boxes, in which the shipping costs charged to the customer will be €6.
They are complete boxes:
For example, an order of 85 units of 250 gr jars will have shipping costs of 6 euros, as the second box of 50 units is not completed.
Shipping time is 30 days maximum. However, if you need to have them sooner, you can contact us through our email to speed it up if possible.

Yes, you just have to tell us at the end of the order, in the section “Order Notes”. Even if you have selected a specific type of lid cover in the “Select lid type” section, we will take into account what you indicate in Order Notes, for example, 20 jars with Fabric Lid 2, and 45 jars with Fabric Lid 1 .
We can place custom stickers with up to 2 personal names and a date celebration (Ex. Juan and María – 07/02/17). To do this, you must indicate it in the “Order Notes” field, when you are filling out the personal data form and so on. This customization It is a free service, hence there is no additional cost some.
It is not precise. You just have to go flavor by flavor, including the jars of each type in the cart and seeing the price of the jars as you complete your order (at the top right), where you can see the budget for the order. Finally you can process the order if you wish. There are no discounts for order volume.
If you are very interested in a certain flavor and it is not available, you can see in the following link the approximate date on which some flavors begin to be produced once the stock has been exhausted. In any case, we do not guarantee its availability, it can only serve as a guide when placing your order.
